From the M1 North and South
1. Exit M1 at J21 following the signs for Leicester.
2. Take the first exit left (just before the flyover). Follow the road round left and over the flyover.
3. On the top of the flyover move into the 2nd lane (not 3rd/4th).
4. After the flyover pull immediately right into the slip road in the central reservation leading to Grove Park
Triangle business park ('Borders' retailer on the left).
5. Follow the route to Enderby through the business park and at the T-junction turn right into Leicester Lane.
6. At the end of Leicester Lane (Church on the left) turn right onto Hall Walk.
7. Take the first left into Moores Lane (concealed entrance).
8. Cliffe House is on the bend at the top of the hill.
