help smooth the first few weeks of live running, our experienced consultants

and to allow an effective handover to our Support team for any on-going

Through a Scoping Study,
a detailed understanding of your requirements is captured and
translated into a configuration and implementation plan with
the aim of jointly agreeing a clear project definition. We will
work with you to plan for the project to be delivered on time,

IMPLEMENTATION

Working with your staff the Project team, led by a
project manager, configures,
integrates and tests the solution before handing over to you
for acceptance testing.

Test phase.
